For me, there 2 type of managers that I have trouble to work with,
The ones who are compensating their own insecurity by being overly aggressive and controlling. This happens when the manager is overwhelmed and feels that any sign of weakness will put his authority at risk. And admitting that he could have made a wrong decision or that he did not give enough explanations will be considered as a weakness,, screaming is an easier option
The other one , is the one who is incapable of taking any decision. Or, who changes decision with the last one who talks. As a manager, the only bad decision is the one you did not take. You will never know if there was a better decision to take, but in the meantime, you have mobilised the team and got the all going in the same direction.
